Binding Agreement

By accessing or using NeuralX services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Proprietary Rights & Limited License

All content, tools, strategies, and materials within NeuralX are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal non-commercial use only.

2. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

• Share credentials or account access with others
• Take screenshots or record platform content
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose
• Engage in market manipulation
• Attempt DDoS or other attacks on our infrastructure
• Misrepresent trading signals or results

3. User Content License

By submitting any content to NeuralX (including feedback, suggestions, or posts), you grant NeuralX an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that content.

4. Payments, Subscriptions & Termination

Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew via Whop. To cancel your subscription, visit whop.com/@me/settings/orders or email neuralxplatform@protonmail.com.

No prorated refunds are issued. All payments are final.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

NeuralX is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees of trading performance or results. NeuralX is not liable for any trading losses incurred through use of our platform.

Our total liability to you is capped at the total amount you paid to NeuralX in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NeuralX harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of NeuralX is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

NeuralX is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of NeuralX following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS or AAA in Wilmington, Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first use by emailing neuralxplatform@protonmail.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NeuralX.
